Is my Family Eligible for In-home care?

Our team @ Macon Milestones is proud to provide needed support to all families in middle Ga. who meet at least one of the following requirements:
  • Families who work non-standard hours.
  • Families with 3 or more children.
  • Families who require frequent sitter or nanny services.
  • Families who have a child that is struggling with a school subject or daily activity.
  • Families who are expecting. (post pregnancy care)
  • Families with a stay at home parent who needs time for themselves.
  • Families with a child with a developmental disability.
  • Families with a child at risk of having a developmental disability(up to age 6), or for children over 6 years of age with a diagnosis of epilepsy, CP, cognitive/intellectual disability, ADHD or autism.
  • Families with a parent or parents with chronic illness or disability. 
  • Families with a child or children with a chronic illness or disability.
  • Families with a child with auditory and visual processing disorder.
  • Families with a child who has functional limitations in 3 of the following 7 major life areas:
  1. SELFCARE ( eating, hygiene, bathing, etc.)
  2. RECEPTIVE AND EXPRESSIVE LANGUAGE 
  3. LEARNING
  4. MOBILITY
  5. CAPACITY FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING
  6. SELF DIRECTION
  7. ECONOMIC SELF SUFFIENCY
